I got this e-mail from DailyClicks today, it's good to see they are still communicating with thier members.

Hello Members Of The DailyClicks Community,

We have a lot to cover in this email so please bare with me. I will be answering
many of the questions we have been receiving as well as adding some other input.
Thanks.

First let me start by saying, DailyClicks.biz and Dailyclickspro.com ARE owned
by the same people. They are 2 seporate sites and have nothing to do with
eachother, except the fact that we run both.

So yes, you can signup at both sites if you wish. we are not closing DCB, nor
can anything be transferred from one account to the other.

Cashouts:

We know we are behind schedule a bit but members are being paid EVERYDAY. We DO
NOT answer emails regarding cashouts. There are many reasons why but mainly b/c
too many members email us before the time has even passed, leading to wasting
time researching it. We have always paid members, and will always continue to
pay members.

There are a ton of things that go on when doing cashouts that many members dont
even realize.

- Our Moneybookers account was locked with over 2 grand in their. Like I said,
they dont accept PTC's...no one wanted to listen to me when I said this the 1st
time. But they dont. Be careful with MB's.

- Altergold has over a grand of ours that they seem to not want to transfer to
us.

- Transfers from Google Checkout to the bank then to AP or to the DebitCards
take almost 2 weeks.

- Alertpay stopped taking egold transfers until further notice.

- Also we have to check the account for fraud or cheating on every payment
request. We have over 100,000 members and its NOT going to be a fast process.

The list goes on...If its not one thing its another. Regardless, these things
are not your problem, I know that, but they still slow up everything. All these
things affect how fast ppl get paid.

Im not trying to make excuses, we are behind, I know that.

All I can say is hang in their and you will be paid. Like I said, ppl are being
paid EVERYDAY.

Forum:

The Forum is CLOSED. No matter what you may think or what ppl may say. We DONT
need it. I will NOT supply a place for ppl to complain or deface DC. You have
the right to say what you want, where and when you want, but you will have to do
it elsewhere.

Everything you could possibly need to know is either in the members area or on
the FAQ's. If its not their, you can email us ANYTIME. Our emails have been
fixed and we are receiving all of them again.

This also goes for the chatroom now as well. I will not pay to supply a place
for ppl to complain. Do it elsewhere if you must.

We are looking into an alternate solution for payment proofs. That is about the
only thing the forum was good for.

Upgrading with your balance on DCB:

You can ONLY upgrade with your balance if you have $21.95 on you account. Send
us an email with your username and the request.

We do not accept upgrades for the monthly subscriptions thru account balances.

*You can ONLY subscribe thru AP for the monthly subscriptions.

You can use your balance on "DCP" for EVERYTHING and ANYTHING.

Referral contest:

Well the referral contest seems to be a big waste of time. This will probably be
the last one we have. There are maybe 1 or 2 tickets sold every few days. We
will be ending the contest shortly and cutting the winning number of refs short.

USA Debit Cards:

We have had great success with the USA Cards. Many members are using them and
cashing out to them. Good to hear.

International Debit Cards:

We have not givin up on them yet. But every time we seem to find one that we
would like to use, we hit a rock in the road.

I almost had the same card that Bux.to has but they denied us b/c they dont want
to supply any more cards to PTC site owners. Why? b/c they were getting
bombarded with emails from members about things that have nothing to do with
them. So there goes that.

In any event, we are continuing to look for a card for our International
Members. Beleive me, I would Love nothing more than to find one for us all.

Money Refunded in your account:

If you see that your cashout request has been denied, its b/c you need to update
your profile.

After you update it, it will log you out and you will see an error. At the
bottom of the error, it should say successfull.

Then delete your cookies and login again. Check to see that the profile is
correct, then request your cashout again.

The country code will appear to be blank, that is how it should be. Your country
is in their, and we can see it. Its fine.

Credit Cards On DCP:

We now accept Credit Cards to purchase Premium Memberships on DCP.

There is a link on the left menu at the bottom of your members area to do so.

Hacked Accounts:

We try our best to work with you if your account has been hacked, but you have
to remember that this is not our fault. You need to be more carefull with your
passwords. Especially with your email passwords. This is how they will get you.

We have put up links, and banners for "Roboform". It is FREE to download, and it
is the safest thing you can use to protect yourself from being hacked.

We have used it for over 5 years now, and I NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES OF HACKED
PASSWORDS OR KEYLOGGERS.

You should also scan your pc as much as possible. There is a link in our toolbar
for FREE SCANS anytime.
