Excellent another new site I've reached CashOut for, this time it's for $3.29. Originally I requested a PayPal payment for $3.22 but cancelled it because you need to be a Paypal Verified Account, so I re-requested $3.29 for AlertPay. Later in the Evening [my time] I recieved an email from Chetan, the PTCZone Admin, that he will pay me through Paypal if I wanted to. HELL YES !!!!!! I thought to myself :) So he's decided to allow Upgraded Members to be paid even if they have Unverified Paypal Accounts. My Paypal Account will be very grateful to have something other than dust in it.
