I'm not sure what is happening at that PTC Site but I couldn't access it today.

The site has dropped it's earnings from $0.005 per click to $0.0025, worse yet it's Referral Bonus is $0.001 per click. Since the number of Ads is only 1, I don't find any point in continuing at the site.
